Please note that we will only begin to collect, use, process, and store your personal information after you confirm your agreement. If you choose to use Molor in a "no registration/no login" manner, we will strive to minimize information collection and provide you with browsing functionality. However, this will prevent you from fully using other features or services of Molor. If you disagree with Molor collecting any of your personal information, please stop using and exit Molor immediately.

How We Collect Your Personal Information

We follow the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity to collect and use your personal information for the purposes stated in this guide during the process of using our services. If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this guide, or use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will notify you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again. If you have any questions about the concepts in the following content, please refer to the definitions and explanations in section 1.5.

Account Registration and Use

When you register, we will record the account and password you set for verification when you log in again to ensure account security.

When you register for a Molor account, we are required by law to verify your real name using a valid mainland China mobile number.

You can register for Molor using a third-party account and choose to authorize Molor to read and obtain your publicly posted and recorded information on that third-party platform (including nicknames, avatars) in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Molor needs your authorization to obtain the above information from third parties in order to remember your login identity as a Molor user. After you register or log in with a third-party account, your third-party account will be linked to your Molor account. You can choose to close and cancel the account binding in [Account → Social Account Binding].

Expansion of Business Functions

When you actively use the following functions, we will collect the listed information. If you refuse to provide information, it will not affect your normal use of Molor's basic business functions, but we will not be able to provide you with certain specific functions and services.

  1. Customer Service When you make a complaint, appeal, or consultation to Molor, in order to facilitate contact with you or help you solve problems, we may need you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and other contact methods, and may use this information to contact you. If you submit an infringement complaint, Molor will also require you to submit an ID, authorization, ownership proof, etc., in accordance with legal requirements, to clarify your qualifications as a complainant.
  2. Search Function When you use the search function provided by Molor, we will collect the keywords you query and your click situation in the search results, but these will only be stored on your local device, we will not upload your historical keywords to the Molor server. Such keyword information usually cannot identify your personal identity alone and does not belong to your personal information, not within the scope of this guide. Only when your search keyword information is linked with your other information and can identify your personal identity, during the combined use, we will treat your search keyword information as your personal information and process and protect it in accordance with this guide.
  3. Fault Reporting When a system failure or other problem affecting your normal use of Molor occurs, you can inform Molor of the system failure through the "Shake" feature or by contacting the Molor steward. We will collect your device model, software version, log information, fault description, and the screenshots or other materials you upload, for the purpose of analyzing and resolving system problems.

Concepts and Definitions

To help you further understand the concepts mentioned in the above scenarios, you can refer to the following definitions.

Device Information: Includes device model, unique device identifier (such as IMEI / Android ID / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID / IMSI information), device MAC address, operating system type and model, screen resolution, telecom operator, software installation list, software version number, system language.

Log Information: Includes the time of your operation when using Molor, type, network original address, target address, port, date and time of access, login IP information.

Exceptions to Consent Authorization

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we may collect and use some necessary personal information without your explicit consent in the following situations:

  1. Directly related to national security and defense security;
  2. Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest;
  3. Directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement;
  4. For the sake of protecting the significant legal rights and interests such as life and property of you or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
  5. The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by you;
  6. Collecting your personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
  7. Necessary for signing and performing a contract according to your request;
  8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of Molor's products and/or services;
  9. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

How We Use Your Personal Information

  1. We strictly abide by the provisions of laws and regulations and the agreement with you, and use the collected information for the following purposes. If we use your information beyond the following purposes, we will explain to you again and obtain your consent.
    1. To provide services to you and achieve the purpose agreed upon in "How We Collect Your Personal Information" under this guide;
    2. In order to ensure the stability and security of the service, we will use your information for identity verification, security prevention, fraud monitoring, prevention or prohibition of illegal activities, risk reduction, archiving and backup purposes;
    3. To recommend advertisements, information, etc. that you may be interested in, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our advertising delivery and other promotions and promotional activities;
    4. Invite you to participate in surveys or customer surveys related to our services;
    5. Report to relevant departments according to legal and regulatory requirements;
    6. Improve, perfect and optimize our services in other ways;
    7. After we process the data through technical means to de-identify it, the de-identified information will not be able to identify the subject. For the purposes mentioned in this section, any third party mentioned herein that is located in or uses your personal information in a location outside your jurisdiction, including areas without personal information protection laws that are substantially similar to or achieve the objectives of such laws in your jurisdiction.

  1. Obtain your explicit authorization or consent in advance. After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
  2. Sharing under legal circumstances. Your personal information needs to be shared according to applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, government's mandatory orders, or judicial decisions.

Transfer of Your Personal Information

Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual. If a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation involves the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this guide. If there is any change in the collection and processing of personal information as stipulated in this guide, the company or organization will seek your authorization and consent again.

Public Disclosure of Your Personal Information

Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not publicly disclose your personal information. But in the case of legal, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requirements of government authorities, we will disclose your personal information to the authorities.   2. You fully understand and agree that the sharing and transfer of de-identified personal information, and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject, does not belong to the behavior of sharing, transferring and publicly disclosing personal information. There is no need to notify and obtain your consent for the preservation and processing of such data.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

Your personal information security is very important to us. We will strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations and adopt industry-recognized reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. Prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, avoid information damage or loss.

Technical Measures and Data Security Measures

We strive to take various physical, electronic, and managerial security measures that comply with industry standards to ensure the security of your personal information. We actively establish a data classification grading system, data security management norms, and data security development norms to manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information, ensuring that we do not collect personal information irrelevant to the services we provide.

We control the security of data comprehensively through signing confidentiality agreements with information contactors, monitoring and auditing mechanisms. Prevent your personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss.

We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us, but please understand that due to technical limitations and various malicious means existing in the Internet industry, information is not always 100% secure. You need to understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may have problems due to factors beyond our control. To prevent the occurrence of security incidents, we have developed a proper early warning mechanism and emergency plan. If an unfortunate personal information security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation and impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks, and the remedial measures for you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and immediately initiate the emergency plan, striving to minimize the loss. How You Manage Personal Information

We attach great importance to your attention to personal information and provide a variety of functions to protect your rights to access, correct, delete and withdraw consent to personal information. Due to the difference in operating systems, the following functions may vary in display between iOS and Android systems.

Device Permission Invocation

In the process of providing services, we need you to open some device permissions, such as access permissions to the album and camera. You can also choose to turn off some or all permissions at any time in the [Settings] function of the device, thereby refusing us to collect your corresponding personal information. The way permissions are displayed and closed varies on different devices, please refer to the instructions or guidelines provided by the device and system developers.

Molor Account Cancellation

If you need to cancel your Molor account, please click the Cancel Account button in [Settings → Account Settings] in the Molor App. After the account is canceled, we will stop providing you with all products and services of Molor and protect your information through anonymization and other methods in accordance with the relevant requirements of laws and regulations.

Obtaining a Copy of Your Personal Information

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. If you need a copy of the personal information we have collected from you, you can request it by sending an email to yuk@mail.com. After verifying your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information, as long as it is technically feasible and in compliance with relevant laws.

Storage of Your Personal Information

We store information obtained from within the People's Republic of China, within the People's Republic of China. In the event of cross-border data transfer, we will separately inform you of the purpose of the data export, the recipient, etc., through pop-up windows or emails, and seek your authorized consent. We will ensure that the data recipient has sufficient data protection capabilities to protect your personal information. We promise that the storage time of your personal information will always be within a reasonable and necessary period.

Third-Party Software Development Kits

To more efficiently complete the development of Molor's products and provide more diversified services to users, we use third-party software development kits (SDKs) in the Molor App. SDKs are collections of development tools used to create application software for specific software packages, software frameworks, hardware platforms, operating systems, etc. The SDKs we use include the following types:

  1. SDKs for supporting quick registration or login
  2. SDKs for providing payment functions
  3. SDKs for fault collection analysis and account security verification
  4. SDKs from device manufacturers and operating system manufacturers

How We Handle Personal Information of Minors

  1. Molor's services are primarily for adults. Our products, websites, and services are mainly for adults. If you are a minor under 18 years of age, before using our products and/or services, you should read this guide in the company of a guardian, and ensure that you have obtained your guardian's consent before using our services and providing us with your information. We will emphasize the protection of minors' personal information in accordance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations.
  2. If your guardian does not agree with your use of our services or providing us with information as per this guide, you should immediately stop using our services and notify us promptly.
  3. In cases where we collect personal information from minors with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or disclose this information when it is permitted by law, explicitly agreed to by the parents or guardians, or necessary to protect the minors.

  1. This guide is an important part of the "Molor Agreement". Molor reserves the right to update or modify this guide from time to time.
  2. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you should enjoy according to this guide. We will notify you of any changes to this guide through reasonable methods such as push notifications in the App client, pop-up windows, etc., so that you can understand any changes in a timely manner. You can view the latest content of this guide in the App via [My - Settings - Personal Information Protection Guide].
  3. For major changes, depending on the specific situation, we will also provide more prominent notifications to explain the specific changes to this guide. Major changes include but are not limited to:
    1. Significant changes in our service model, such as the purpose of processing personal information, the types of personal information processed, the way personal information is used, etc.
    2. Significant changes in our ownership structure or organizational structure, such as changes in ownership due to business adjustments, bankruptcy mergers, etc.
