Dear customer, welcome to use Molor App (hereinafter referred to as "Molor"). Before you register as a member of the website, please be sure to read and understand all the terms in the "App User Registration Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). You must fully agree to all the terms in the agreement to register as a member of this App and use its services. Your registration and operation in the App will be regarded as your voluntary acceptance of all the terms and contents of the agreement.

Statement

When you register on the App, once you click the "I accept" button, it means that you have voluntarily accepted all the terms and contents of the Agreement.
The validity of the Agreement is limited to this App, and your actions in the App are bound by the Agreement.
Your use of Molor's services is deemed to be your knowledge of the relevant announcements of this App and agreement.
This App has the right to modify the terms of the Agreement without prior notice to you. Each time you enter the App before using the service, you should first review the Agreement.
This App has the right to modify or suspend part or all of the services of the App without prior notice to you, and does not assume any responsibility arising from you and third parties.
This App provides free registration service, your registration is voluntary, and after successful registration, you can get more complete services from the App.

User Management

All your actions on this App must comply with the laws and regulations of China, and you shall not use the services provided by this App to create, copy, publish, and disseminate the following information: 1. Against the basic principles of the constitution; 2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity; 3. Damaging national honor and interests; 4. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity; 5. Undermining national religious policies, advocating cults and feudal superstitions; 6. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability; 7. Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terror content or instigating crimes; 8. Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others; 9. Other content prohibited by laws and regulations.
Your actions on this App must also comply with the laws and regulations of other countries and regions and the relevant provisions of international law.
The following activities are not allowed on this App: 1. Entering other people's computer information networks or using other people's computer information network resources without permission; 2. Deleting, modifying, or adding to the functions of other people's computer information networks without permission; 3. Deleting, modifying, or adding data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in other people's computer information networks without permission; 4. Creating, intentionally spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs; 5. Other behaviors that harm the security of computer information networks. (Four) Comply with other regulations and procedures of this App: 1. You are fully responsible for your actions and operations on this App;
The forms of responsibility you bear include but are not limited to, compensating the infringed party, after the App first bears the administrative punishment or infringement damage compensation liability caused by your behavior, you should give the App equivalent compensation;
If this App finds that the information you transmit contains the content stipulated in this agreement, this App has the right to take measures without notifying you, including but not limited to reporting to the national relevant authorities, saving relevant records, deleting the content and link address, closing the server, suspending your account operation rights, stopping providing services to you, etc.

Rights and Obligations of Registered Members

Registered members have the right to use the service functions provided by this App.
Registered members agree to comply with laws and regulations including but not limited to the "People's Republic of China Law on the Protection of State Secrets", "People's Republic of China Regulations on the Protection of Computer Information Systems Security", "Computer Software Protection Regulations", "Internet Electronic Bulletin Service Management Regulations", "Internet Information Service Management Measures", etc.
You have an obligation to provide complete, true, personal information when registering. If the information changes, it should be updated in time.
After you become a registered member, you must properly keep your username and password. All activities after logging in are considered to be your own behavior and intention, and you bear all responsibilities.
When you use the services of this App, you agree and accept all kinds of information services provided by this App.
When using this App, the following behaviors are prohibited: 1. Upload, post, send emails or transmit information or materials that violate national laws and regulations in other ways, including but not limited to news, information, text, software, music, photos, graphics, etc.; 2. Disseminate obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terror or crime-inducing materials; 3. Impersonate any person or institution, or mislead others by false means to believe that it is related to any person or any institution; 4. Interfere with, destroy or restrict the functionality of other people's computer software, hardware or communication equipment through this App; 5. Track or harass others through this App.

User Privacy

We promise to undertake the obligation of confidentiality for the security of your personal information and privacy. Without your authorization or consent, this App will not disclose your personal information to third parties, but the following situations are exceptions, and this App does not assume any responsibility:

Required by government units in accordance with the normative legal documents of the People's Republic of China ("laws and regulations"), such as laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and judicial interpretations.
Personal information leakage caused by you informing or disclosing your user and password to others.
Personal information leakage, loss, theft or tampering caused by irresistible forces including but not limited to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or outbreak, government control, etc.
Measures taken to avoid the danger of threats to others' life, body or property.
This App will link to other Apps, but is not responsible for the privacy policies and content of other Apps.
In addition, if you find any illegal use of your user account or security vulnerabilities, you should immediately notify this App.
Caused by your own negligence, carelessness, etc.
Your relevant records on this App may become evidence of your violation of laws and regulations and this agreement.
Intellectual Property All domain names, trade names, trademarks, text, visual and sound content, graphics and images of this App are protected by relevant ownership and intellectual property laws. Without the prior written permission of this App, no individual or unit may copy or use it.

Applicable Law

The agreement is revised by the owner of this App and published through this App. Your registration behavior is deemed to be your voluntary acceptance of all the terms of the agreement and is bound by it.
The effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of the agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
If a dispute arises from your use of the services provided by the App, the principle is to negotiate between the two parties. If the negotiation fails, you can apply for arbitration to the local arbitration institution or file a lawsuit in the people's court.
If the terms of the agreement conflict with the law, this App can reinterpret it, and other terms continue to have legal effect and bind you.
